Vegetable Cages are perfect for protecting your crops against insects and birds. Available in a range of sizes and supplied as complete kits.
Mainframe Vegetable Cages use 4ft uprights and 4ft, 6ft or 8ft horizontals to provide protection for your crops on a small or large scale.
The cages are supplied with special anti-butterfly netting to keep the caterpillars away as well as the birds, whilst the height of the cage means you can easily grow the healthy, bumper crops of brassicas you've always wanted.
These vegetable cages have a finished height of around 3ft once constructed and are supplied as a complete kit including aluminium tubes, UV-stabilised polypropylene moulded plastic connectors, netting and pegs.

Easy to assemble, robust and with plenty of netting to spare.
Providing you think carefully how you are going to use this and think about which way you use the netting for maximum ease of access, its a great product
Easy to put up although had to cut the poles as accidentally ordered the wrong size. Nice height (3ft) for my broccoli plants. Quick delivery too.
Fast delivery, Good price. well made.
Looks good in the pictures, but getting the netting to fit is almost impossible, and you have to laboriously unclip the netting to get inside! And the frame is as weak as a kitten, flops around dreadfully in the wind. I’ve made my own one from wooden roof battens and galvanized mesh, with a proper hinged side to I can get into it with having to unclip anything. And the parts came to half the price! I’m wondering what to do with the Mainframe thing now, might take it apart, recycle the struts and use the netting somewhere else.
