Opening Times
- Customer service open 9am–5pm until 23rd December.
- 24th December: Reduced hours, 9am–12pm.
- Open as normal (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) from 2nd January.
Delivery:
Our products are available from most leading garden retailers across the UK. However, you can still buy Mainframe products directly from us online, in which case we will send them straight to your garden.
All structures are hand finished in our Bristol workshop and despatched with the following lead times.

Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left without signature in a secure location.
Product Availability Information
We try very hard to match stock levels to demand, but if your order is likely to be delayed pending stock availability, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Once you have placed an order on our website we will send you an email with information on how you can track your order. We will then email you again when your order is sent out giving information on the courier and the consignment number so you can check the delivery status using the courier’s website.
